3 months later and still no refund

I ordered a sleigh bed via Groupon beginning of September. Well they took over a month to deliver it when they said it would be delivered in 2 weeks. I cancelled the order the day after delivery and requested a refund.

I got a call the next day from the merchandiser saying he had received the bed and clarified that I had bought it through Groupon, and would have to deal with them with the matter. After being send from pillar to post, looking for this reference number and that, I spoke to a lady called Zimbini Hlazo and was assured I would get my money back in 3 to 5 days.

Its been over 3 months and I still have not received my funds. I've sent countless emails to this lady and to date, I have not even gotten an acknowledgement of all the emails sent. I'm so disappointed in this service I could scream!!! Last time I EVER deal with these guys again!!
