Got some Groupons that I couldn't use (one of the merchants couldn't even be found).

25 Feb. Filed for a refund with Groupon (request #698775) using their customer service mechanism (instead of complaining publicly).

1 Mar (5 days later). They sent an email update (asking if I want the refund in my Groupon account or to my bank account) and I requested the funds in my bank account.

20 Mar (25 days). I email them again, asking what is going on, since they didn't reply (and the funds aren't in my bank account)

23 Mar (28 days). They send me an email asking how I'd rate their feedback. I reply that I didn't get any feedback, any refund, any communication.

Apr 2 (37 days). I'm filing a complaint on Hello Peter. If they don't resolve this issue I'm reversing charges with the bank. I've bought lots of them before, atrocious to see how they treat long-standing (and spending) customers.

Shame on you, Groupon.
