Groupon ticket supplier unavailable

I purchased 2 tickets for 'love in a pickle' for 28 August 2013. I tried endlessly to get hold of supplier. I contacted groupon on the morning of 28 telling them that the supplier is not available for days. phone number given goes on fax and show was that evening. 2 groupon consultants namely Beverley and Linda tried while I was on the line with them. they also couldn't get hold of supplier. both consultants (I made 2 different calls and spoke to them separately when I didn't hear from Beverley I called and spoke to Linda) told me that they will escalate the matter to refunds department and seeing that the show was for that night and I couldn't get hold of supplier I would get a refund.

I then got an email on 29 august from Lindokuhle saying that I should continue to try and get hold of supplier. I told her that my ticket was for 28. she then said that she will try to get an extension of deal from supplier and revert back to me. I emailed her a few times after this. Nothing was resolved

I called groupon again today 9 September and spoke to Jamie. I then received an email from Lushane October saying that they cannot refund me as deal is over.

I am really not happy.
