I am a member of Groupon SA and have purchased discount vouchers before. I purchased a Car Service deal in Johannesburg on 4/10/2013 for R750. I waited a few days to receive the voucher, it never came. I called the Customer Service Call Centre in Cape Town on 8/10/2013. The gentleman checked and told me to wait 7days for the funds to reflect and to be allocated to the deal. On 17/10/2013 I called them again and spoke to Lee. She ask me to email [Email Removed] and received a ticket #75565. I called back the next day and spoke to Zimbini who verified that the money was in their account but was not allocated to the deal. The deal had now expired. A refund was due & I was to send proof of payment & my banking details. I sent them on 21/10/2013. She responded saying she couldn't open the attachment. I was hospitalised & couldn't send it. I emailed them again on 23/10/2013 requesting the refund. They didn't respond. On 31/10/2013 I resent my proof of payment & was given another ticket. No one has responded. I emailed again today and no response has been given I really need my money back. Please could you assist me with this. Thank you.
