Group taking 2 month to refund by money

I made a groupon purchase on 30.08.2013, realised i made an error and immediately asked for a refund.
It's been back and forth with me asking for proof of payment and them asking for a bank statement. I sent them my back statement to show that the refund has come into my bank on 17.10.2013.
I haven't received so much as a call from them.
