I bought a deal which I then received bad customer service from the service provider while making the booking which lead to me cancelling the voucher I've purchased. Groupon fine prints states that cancellations may be made within seven days of purchasing the voucher, which I was still in that right. I cancelled my voucher ticket number 70438, and gave them my account numbers and proof of payment but still have not received my money. I've been calling their customer service and they keep on telling me the same story over and over again that the refunds department are still reviewing my claim. It's been over a month now and earlier on, I was promised that I'll be refunded with in 5 to 7 working days. I am really disappointed with this service and want my refund.
