Worst service ever!!!

I bought a dresser in September. Upon delivery I noticed that the item had to be assembled. I contacted Groupon via their support address (Reference no 48202). Janani reponsed on the 17/09/2013 stating that the supplier will be able to assist. I followed up a number of occasion via e-mail and just go no response. Finally I decided to call the call centre. The call centre is pathetic to say the least. The agents is unprofessional and poorly mannered. When I explained the situation to them that I was under the impression that the dresser will be delivered fully installed as no mention of the item needed to ensemble by myself on the "nitty gritty" I was very abruptly asked if I do not have any males in my live that could assist when I replied in the negative the call centre agent was very rude and without advising me put me through to the supervisor (Kelly) who asked to the same question. I told them that if I knew upfront that it needed to be installed I would not have purchased the item. Kelly mailed me on the 23/09/2013 to advised that she is still investigating that she or a senior consultant will get back to me. After numerous follow ups still no response. I am just so frustrated.
