I ordered a Pritech Facial Steamer from Groupon on 16 May 2013, the offer was too good to be true - reduced pricing plus delivery to my doorstep by 11 June 2013. To this day I have not received my item that I have PAID for, or any feedback on whether it will come. I have had to call into the call centre on numerous occasions, only to wait in the queue of 50 people to speak to a call centre agent who is mildly interested and unhelpful. I phoned in today, and was told by call centre rep Jamie Lee that the item is on a truck and on its way to me, as there has been delays thus far. Why can't they give us customers some kind of feedback to say there's been delays, surely that is common courtesy. I have to call at my expense, to be told a generic response. When I requested to speak to Jamie Lee's manager, Nazley Bastra, I was told that she is conveniently in meetings and Nazley doesn't have a direct email address or number. Groupon is quick to take our money but procrastinates in delivering on the goods, that's if they ever deliver. BEWARE OF GROUPON!
