I was told there is no use crying over spilt milk!

Groupon Call Centre employees I have dealt with have the worst attitude toward clients that I have experienced in a very long time!! I think they believe that it doesn't matter how they treat their clients because 'Oh well, we're so popular'! And this includes a so called Manager - Kelly! This morning I was told 'There is no use in crying over spilt milk! ' Yeah, there wouldn't be if people did there jobs on time and efficiently.

I placed an order for 3 items and made one payment for all of them on the 20th September 2013. I sent an email requesting confirmation of the payment. Only on the 23rd did I get a response back saying one payment would not be accepted. I requested that one of the orders go through and a credit be placed for the other 2 as I would place separate orders. At no point did they mention the sale would be over soon and that I should redo my order.

Today 3/10, I get an email stating the deal is sold out and that I can not have the charger that was ordered.
Really! I call in and speak to Kelly who is insanely rude and extremely unprofessional to me on the telephone.
Shame on Groupon, who most of us love, for hiring employees as such to represent them!
