I still havent received my orde

I still havent received my whiskey glasses and stones that i bought on the 27 of December 2012. no one has contacted me with the whearabouts, all l have is a paper (voucher) please advice me on when im going to receive my order if ever is going to happen. i have been patient enough but really its been a full month and the deal is no longer on line, and u have received my money but no delevery or any communication as yet.
