Purchased stuff and never received

In November 2012 I bough whiskey stones from Groupon SA for an amount of R349.00. To date I haven't received the stones nor my money. I contacted whisky stone supplier in January and a lady by the name of Kim said they didn't have the bags where the stones must be kept after use, but they will be receiving and they will post the stuff. In March 2013 I contacted groupon again for a refund since I didn't get my order, in April again contacted them for refund, even now in May every week I've been contacting them, last week 06 May 2013 I received an email to confirm my banking details of which I did and still waiting. Why is it so difficult to get my money? When I did the transfer it reflected immediately, as I received a thank you for payment email, but refunding takes forever. I mean I've been patient with them but now I've heard enough having to call them at Cape town number holding for 15 mins it costs a lot of money. Please be careful out there.
