I WANT A REFUND!

I bought a voucher for 9 whiskey stones and 4 glasses in NOVEMBER! Its 2 months later and I am still waiting for my goods to be delivered. I called the call center now telling them that the contact number on the voucher does not exist they told me to email the supplier. Seriously!! I want a refund this is unacceptable! Of cause the voucher was redeemed! That's what I meant when I said I placed the order. I WANT A REFUND!
