Order made 17 Nov 2012 and no reply

I bought Nine Whiskey stones and four glasses from Deco Clocks and Furniture at Groupon on 17 Nov 2012.

I have been in contact with them via e-mail, because I can't get through to them.
Jessica Sing keeps on e-mailing me that the package is on it's way, then I receive a mail from the courier company to say she put in the order. Then a couple of days after that I receive a mail from the courier company that the parcel was cancelled. This has been going on for 20 e-mails.

This is ridiculous, I've been very patient, but now it's just to long.
