2 months - no delivery - insufficient feedback

End Nov 2012, myself & a friend ordered (costly) Gordon Ramsay pots from Groupon. Promised delivery within 3 - 4 weeks. 2 months later still nothing. E-mail correspondence just says there are backlogs with couriers... No idea where our pots are. I have responded to requests to direct our specific enquiries to specific e-mail address at groupon, but no feedback as of yet. Friend was informed there's no stock (and has resorted to asking for refund). However the same item appeared for purchase about 2 weeks ago (my mother actually placed an order?!).

How can they hold on to our money for so long without delivery or indication of when delivery can be expected? And how on earth do they offer the same product in Jan 2013 knowing that 2012 orders have not been delivered? That also does not evidence "out of stock".

I'm a loyal Groupon supported and never had problems before. Not good for reputation or recommendations...
