I booked a course through Groupon about 6 months ago which was cancelled. I informed Groupon and requested a refund. It took them several weeks to get back to me and they proceeded to give me a credit on my account and not a refund. I finally now had time to look into the matter so requested that they pay me the money back as I will not be purchasing anything from groupon soon. They refuse. Firstly they took 2 weeks to answer my mail and not just refuse to give me my money back. The course was cancelled. I shoudl get my refund. Their argument I took too long to contact them. It remains my money and I think it is even more wrong since they take weeks to respond. This is shocking service.
