On the 6 October we went to the movies and entered one of the voucher numbers and it said it was claimed already.
I have never used this voucher before.

We tried one of the other 3 and it worked.
We did not go to the movies as we were 1 ticket short and tried calling groupon but there was no answer.
I called Groupon yesterday (10 October 2013) as they have not responded to my mail query which was sent on the 07 October.

I spoke to a Shantal and she told me I cannot get a refund on all my tickets or nor can I get an extension on the expiry date which is on the 17 October. She said she will get back to me yesterday afternoon but I did not receive any response from them as yet. Its 11 October at 14:22. Service is pathetic. I am not buying from Groupon ever again and suggest that those who do buy from them take extra caution or dont support them at all.
