Inferior Product and want to return

I bought a pillow for R299.00 on Groupon and received it on the 26 September 2013. I wanted to send it back as it was not what was advertised and a very inferior product. As per the Groupon deal, sent an email to [Email Removed] After the automatic response from the noreply email, I waited, and waited and waited some more. I sent another email on 1 October and 9 October. I phoned about 12 times of where the lines were off and 3 people would phone back. (Spoke to Paula, Megan and 5 other people) None did. Eventually I spoke to Tumi, on 9 October 2013, and he said I must contact the supplier myself and arrange for a refund! Against the policy of return on this deal. I did contact the supplier on [Email Removed] and Maryke answered back with the reply to arrange my own courier and pay them and then they (Cielo Lifestyle) will see to the refund of the product. I will return, not on my own cost though!

Bottom line is: I bought from Groupon, went through the correct channel to arrange a refund for a very inferior product that I paid R299.00 for.

All I want is for a courier to fetch the pillow, return to Groupon and a refund of the R299.00. Definately not rocket science!
