On 26/10/2012 I ordered 3 fragrances from Groupon.
I only received 2 in November and after following up a couple of times re the outstanding 3rd one, I received an email from a Carmen on 24/12 stating it will arrive at my house during the course of the day.
Clearly I never received it and tried contacting her several times.
She then sent me another mail stating that they will have stock after 7/01/2013 and that she will keep me posted. Needless to say this did not happen.
After contacting them again today I was told by another consultant (Raine) that there is no stock at all and that I will get a refund.
It was meant to be a Christmas gift for someone.
End of 2012 I also bought a voucher for my parents at Du Kloof Lodge in Paarl. The place was such a dive with dust, creepy crawlies everywhere and a filthy bath.
My parents drove back home and refused to spend the night in such a dirty, disgusting room.
I am done with Groupon and will rather pay full price for something than to save a few bucks as you simply don't know what you are getting (or not getting).
