ON THE 12/12/2013, I RECEIVED MY ORDER OF A DVD PLAYER (Groupon code: 001009342P), THE BOX WAS OPENED, IT APPEARED AS THOUGH THE CONTENTS FELL OUT OF THE BOX, THE DELIVERY GUY REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK STATING THAT I MUST CONTACT GROUPON SUPPORT FOR HELP. I HAVE TRIED CALLING MANY TIMES AND KEEP GETTING CUT OFF, I HAVE SENT E-MAIL AFTER E-MAIL BUT NO ASSISTANCE YET, REF (Ticket #125819). I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO NOW AS I HAVE NO OTHER WAY OF CONTACTING GROUPON.
DISGUSTING SERVICE, I CERTAINLY WONT BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM GROUPON NOW.
