No delivery of goods fully paid for!!

This is a follow-up to a previous request #633861 "iPad special"

Good day,

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I have received from
groupon, I ordered AND PAID IN FULL FOR an iPad cover in NOVEMBER 2012 as a CHRISTMAS
gift, it is now the 20th of February 2013 AND STILL NO GIFT!!!

I was promised in an email from groupon sent on the 15 of JANUARY 2013 that they would deliver the cover within the next 14 working days. It has been more than 14 working days and still no iPad cover!!!

There was a shortage of stock and more had to be ordered with the supplier

Would you please allow 7-14 working days for us to source the product and get it delivered to you

REFUND me my money and forget my future support of this excuse of a company!!

If my money for the FULL purchase price of the iPad is not recovered I
will be forced to seek legal advice.
