I Purchased a Groupon deal on the 31/10/2012 with the intention of it being a Christmas gift. The last contact received from Groupon was on 06/12/2012 informing me that the item was to be delivered soon. After no delivery in January 2013, the call center informed me that they were out of stock, and would refund me. Since then until now (14/02/2013) I have been in constant contact via e-mail and call center, firstly trying to get refunded, and secondly, to gain access (as I've always had) through my gmail account.
The result thus far is no or flippant responses, empty promises of e-mail/call backs, and thus far no resolution to my problem, and no refund.
Furthermore, I have made numerous, and expensive purchases through Groupon, and personally would try a little harder to facilitate a returning customer.

Groupon SA, through your atrocious service, you have now lost me as a customer, and I shall at every opportunity advise anyone to not use your services.
