Dear Groupon

First I would like to thank you for your company's promotions, I believe it's a great idea for vendors to develop their brand

I have an urgent query and I know you guys can help because you have before. I regularly purchase from you for myself personally and friends, should the voucher not be used, you customer service agents, returns the money back into my credit card or bank account. I recently logged a call with your customer service department about a month ago and to date, they have not actioned my request according to what was specified, which was for the funds to refunded to my bank account, instead they returned the money to my groupon account and tell me its valid for a year. The query had been passed on to numerous agents, who at one stage advised it would be refunded to my bank account, but only to later find out, it was in my groupon account and that my funds apparently expired after a year, which is something I don't agree with, because its tangible money.
All I want is for my funds returned, approx R1400 to my bank account, my registered email with you is [Email Removed]

I love purchasing from you and hope not to experience this again
