Rubbish Service from GROUPON

I placed my order with Groupon on the 6th of September 2013. Product was supposed to be delivered within two weeks. On the last day of the two weeks, the 20th of September I contacted them regarding delivery. I was informed to wait till the end of the day and in case of non-delivery to get back to them. On Sep 21 I contacted them and informed that parcel was not delivered. On Sep 23 they replied they are investigating. On Sep 25 I contacted them again asking for progress. They replied a few hours later wishing me a good day and then ruining my day by telling me to wait a further 7-10 days for delivery.

Absolutely rubbish service from them.
