Purchase not delivered

I purchased an item from groupon at the end of November. And on their website it says delivery within 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks were up I contacted groupon via email. The response I got was, it will be delivered with 5 to 7 working days. And till today I have not received anything. Can anyone help me regarding this?
