Have purchased a Swarovskis pendant.it is extremely late about 3 months. have received a free gift and was told my goods would arrive soon. it has been 3 weeks and still no contact. i have been complaining alot, WILL I EVER GET MY STUFF? IF IT IS NOT HERE TODAY, COULD I GET PLEASE GET A REFUND.
