Refund for Morethan a month and 11 days

I bought vouchers for 6 couples for Hotel Balito, they amounted to R1995 on the 8 August.
I was not given Voucher numbers no communication by Groupon.
I called groupon to enquire and I was told to wait 7 working days.
After that a Wrong item was send in my goupon mail box and Hotel Balito was SOLD OUT due to Groupon delay.
I requested for a refund, I daily called them for follow up, they kept on sending emails to say I must attached proof of payment of which I did daily, Till today. My refund I haven't got.

I opened a case of as I have all the recordings between me and their RUDE illiterate consultants.
Who seem to enjoy fellow South Africans

I so which the owner of this DAMIT company can >>>
