Refusing to give me a refund on a vouche

I bought a voucher from Groupon and after purchasiing it found out the it was fully booked for the month (Accomodation) so I then requested a refund.

I sent three emails requesting this refund and got no reply, I then had to call the customer service line and was told it would be paid to me and they asked for my banking details which I gave them. They told me the money would be paid back that week (which was 2 ago).
Neadless to say I have still not been paid the refund instead I have been giving the run around. They sent me an email last week telling me my case was being reviewed when I replied to the email asking why my case was being reviewed after I was already told I would be getting my money back I did not recieve a reply.

Then I got another email that said I can transfer the voucher I purchased to someone else as it doesnt have my details on it.

1) I made it clear from the onset I wasnted the money back and not to trnasfer/ get credit for it.
2) Even if I did transfer the voucher the person I transfer it to wouldnt even be able to use it because it statse that the booking of accomodation ends to be done within 7 days of purchasing the vouche
