Ignoring customers are okay at Groupon

Some ppl I know bought vouchers for a hotel. They had a bad time and 1 checked out early. I asked groupon for a refund before I have to endure it. Since nov I dealt with Saravana S: 1st - I have to gift it as no refunds after 7 days. They only refund if service providers renders poor service. I asked why I should first endure it before I get a refund. 2nd - they cant consider a refund as my voucher shows used. I provided proof I haven't used it. 3rd - I must get proof from hotel I didn't use voucher and then they will refund it. I sent them the proof.
4th - 6 Dec they sent me an email saying I stopped responding so they want to close the ticket. I sent proof I have been responding. Since then I emailed regularly and was blatantly ignored. 5th - This week a Mala Kirthika R responded as said for my "convenience" she is closing the previous ticket and issuing a new one for my query. I told her not to as the other ticket has history of query. I asked that Saravana S be sent all emails and asked to respond. I am now ignored by both. They want to run from their commitment to refund me. How dare you blatantly ignore a customer? Where is it acceptable to ignore customers? At Groupon!
