Groupon you need to do some validation testing to your suppliers. Recently you have been putting some great deals on Spa treatments, but have you done any validation testing? As some of their service is pathetic.

You need to refund me into my chq account today!!! I am tired of calling your call centre and emailing you. I have spoken to Murugesan on the 31st August and Alistor on the 3rd Sep and still no refund. Kindly cancel my order: Date of purchase: 27.08.2013, I WANT MY CASH REFUNDED TODAY INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT!!!
