Pathetic Customer Services resulting in no service

We recently made a purchase from Groupon for a Spa voucher. This voucher was cancelled due to the criteria of it not being to our satisfaction i.e. Spa treatments would have be done not as a couple together but rather per individual.
We phoned Group On's Customer Services line and began the refund process. We where assured that the refund would take no longer than 10 working days. When we inquired again after this time lapsed we where told that the refund was done, yet no confirmation of this payment could be supplied. Again we phoned and was treating like criminals as we now had to supply them with bank statements to prove that we didn't get the refund. Again we complied and supplied them this... to which they replied they will rerun the credit on their side. Guess what, Group On went and deducted the same amount of the original voucher off our credit card... without any authorization or instruction from us. This has now become very serious as this constitutes.

Phoning the Customer Services team doesn't get anything resolved as they simply wont escilate or allow you to speak to a senior member of staff.

We will be opening a case of against them today.
