I bought a 3 piece Ciello Faux Leather Ottomans on the Groupon website and transferred the cash on 08 December 2012. They never sent me the voucher for the purchase nor have they refunded the money. I have called, sent emails, spoke to various people, sent evidence of the purchase and each time I receive an automated email promising a refund. I just called the call centre now and was put on hold for 30 minutes without speaking to a consultant. It has been 3 months and still no refund.
