Very bad service

Purchased groupon deal for 4 people to durbans food and wine show we were sent an email saying that they were sorry since theyhad not clarified that thedate the tickets would be valid on the deal and that said tickets were only valid for Friday 9august, we could not make that date and as such requested a refund, its now the 20th august and after numerous emails, fb complaints and even being asked for banking details 3 times we still have had no refund and communication just gets ignored, this is the 3 or 4 time weve had such bad service including non delivery of goods and only after personally emailing Klaus arnart the MD did we get joy, unnacceptably bad service, they have our money and I don't know what more to do to get it back?
