I placed and paid for an order online on 14/06/2013 for 2 pencil skirts. On the deal it stated that delivery of the goods will take place 14-30 working days after the deal closes. The deal closed on 26/06/2013. It has been 39 working days already and to date i have not received anything. I have been liaising with Dealclick several times in the last 2 weeks and they have not given me feedback as to where this order is. Needless to say i have paid R400 for goods that i have not received. According to the Tracking number they have supplied me with the parcel is still sitting in Cape Town somewhere. I am having no joy with this company at all.
