So I see that I am not the only one upset with Groupon right now.

This is my second experience. The first I didn't get a refund or product but I let it go cos it was not worth the effort figthing.

But this time I'm not going to let it go. I purchased bamboo trays on 12 September 2013. Was promised delivery within 1 week. Incidentally, the small print does not say 'within 1 week of deal closing'. Today is 1 November and I STILL HAVE NOT received delivery of my goods. It's always one or other excuse from them on email. Almost 2 months later and still struggling to get my goods. I would just like to know if I am going to get it or not! If not then I would like a refund. Non-delivery constitutes breach of contract. Surely Groupon cannot simply just take my money and not make delivery of promised goods! Seems like Groupon doesn't respond to complaints on hellopeter which is quite sad really! Not impressed with the bad service and maybe it's time to support another deal-site!
