ANOTHER Merchant not accepting Groupon

Once again, I purchased a Groupon and when I tried to redeem it, the Merchant refused to accept it.

This is the 3rd Groupon which I have purchased only to be told by the merchant that the Groupon is not valid.

In this case, the merchant (Zanzibar Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal) is 'under new management' and the new manager is not accepting Groupons.

If this is the case, then Groupon should send out an email informing customers who have purchased the Groupon that the Groupon is no longer valid, and reimburse everyone affected.

I am now embarrassed in front of my friends AGAIN.

Please refund the Groupon ASAP.
FYI The Groupon is valid until the 23rd February 2013

Preferred communication is e-mail so I can keep a record of the number of attempts it takes me.
