80s CD

STILL NO RESPONSE / FEEDBACK TO MY REPORT OF 18 JUNE as listed below

I purchased 3 x Ticket deals through Groupon for the 80s Rewind Festival which was held on the 3 November at Supersport Park, Centurion. the deal was to get an 80s Rewind CD with the ticket for the show if you purchased through Groupon, which is exactly what I did. At the event we had to give our details and addresses to the ladies at the gate entrance who put it on the laptop they had.
I have contacted Groupon per email several times for which copies of email can be given - 3 of the emails I sent I got no response to and finally on the 4th email I got a response saying it was not Groupon who were issuing out the CDs and that I should get in touch with the organisers or so... REALLY!!! I purchased the tickets from Groupon and would like my CDs - please arrange that I get them!!!

This is not the only problem I have had with GROUPON and will gladly start listing the other problems too!
