I have purchased 4 tickets to the 80's Rewind Festival which was on 4 November. The deal was for every ticket purchased, there will be an 80's cd given. After collecting tickets from Groupon table at the venue, we were told that the cd's will be posted and we gave our postal addresses. To this date, I have not received the cd's which was part of the deal. I have sent 2 emails to groupon and have only received an automated response. I called Groupon yesterday (19 Feb 2013) and was told by the consultant that she would speak to her team leader and email me by end of day. I have received no such email. Also, last year I purchased a steam cleaner and received after almost 2 mnth, only to call and find out it's been sitting at the courier for more than a month. As a regular buyer on Groupon, this service is pathetic and very disappointing and very frustrating! I am disgusted with the service! I have paid for something and have not yet received and being given the run around. This is. If you cannot deliver what I paid for, I expect a full refund!
