Genesis have debited my account by R399

I have a serious problem my money have been taken out of my bank account by GENESIS CALL CENTER through a debit order meaning we never have any contract. They debited R399 from my Capitec account I have tried to contact them for several times on their contact number 031 8281195, 0313016573, 0835416804, 0846323808 and 0820954629 they told me they will check on the recorded call which they made to me whether didn't I agree to on their telephonic contract and I told them that I always decline any deal which offered telephonically to me since then they never got back to me and when I call asking for my refund they discard my call during the conversation and they mock me. I need your help I want my money.
