No comeback No delivery No Refund till now

I made an order from GroupOn on the 5th of November 2012. My order was never dispatched. 4 Weeks later i called them, waited in the queue for 35 other callers, so i was the 36th caller only to hear from the consultant that my order was never processed nor dispatched. I was furiious so i requested a refund. She sent me a refund request but this request was never and up till now i have had no comeback from them. Today is the 23rd of January 2013. On top of not processsing my order nothing has been done, no one has contacted me directly to advise on the steps i should take to get my money back. Oh yes and during the 4 week period i made several follow up's via email and every time about 3 diff people responded to say my order would be delivered by such an such a date. Which never happened. They were committing to dates of something that had not even left the warehouse or store. i shan''t be shopping at GroupOn ever. i had very high hopes becasue the person who referred me received her parcel. i just didn''t. it's sad.
