I placed an order beginning of December for a 10 Tier Shoe Rack, waited till christmas to give it to my wife as a gift but nothing came. Called the call center they said three to four weeks. January came and still nothing. I sent an email as i dont have time to wait in a queue of 94 callers. Reply from Kershia saying i should wait longer, this was on 9 January and someone would sms/call me from the courier company when it was on its way. Waited till today and sent another email, same rep- Kershia replies saying that my item was already delivered but i didnt get it and no call or sms from Groupon or courier company. This item was supposedly delivered to my office on 2/3 January of which i was in the office as i started work on 31 Dec 2012 and nothing came. When i asked Kershia and call center person who received my package they both cant say??? They said the barcode was scanned on 3 January! For all i know the courier company could have my package or Groupon didnt deliver it because they over sold?
I honestly used to rate Groupon really high but after this madness and after seeing how many customers complain every day they have moved down on my list.
