This is the 3rd time I have had problems with purchases i've made on Groupon.
Firstly, an order in November 2012 for 'Sloggi' underwear which by the second week of January 2013 was not delivered. I had to call only to find out that they are out of stock! No email or phone call from Groupon to inform me of this but my money was taken in November. Two weeks later after they confirmed a refund would take 5 - 7 days, still no REFUND!
Secondly, an order placed in November 2012 for cleaning services by MJ cleaning services. Cannot get hold of this company via landline and they don't return emails. I called this morning and spoke to Nyameka at Groupon who confirmed that this company no longer exists!! Why is Groupon not informing their clients of this and not REFUNDING the money due? After endless expensive phone calls to Groupon and never a resolution, I find their service unacceptable and do not think they should be allowed to continue offering services that they evidently cannot cope with! Once again i have been promised a refund... how many more weeks will i have to wait? Not impressed to say the least!
