I placed an order on Groupon on 29 November 2012 for a product that was meant to be a birthday present for the 2nd week of January. Today is the 8th week since the order was placed and payment made and still no delivery and they pride themselves in a 4-6 week delivery agreement. I have been calling and emailing Groupon and was promised delivery by yesterday (23/01/2013) and still no delivery. Not a single person from Groupon bothered to contact me to tell me the reason for the dealy in delivery, I had to contact them every single time!!! This level of service delivery is pathetic in my eyes and I WILL tell every single person about this and make sure they think twice before using or purchsing ANYTHING from Groupon SA.
