Upon making my first purchase from Groupon i was asked to create an account at the same time of placing my order and entering credit card details. I did so. Waited to receive my voucher and nothing was sent. I then contacted the Groupon customer service call centre once the deal was over. After waiting patiently for 30mins (27 calls in front of me) I was finally put through. I was then told that an account had NOT been created under my name. Meaning my order was not processed and I was only able to find out after the deal was over. then asking why this happend, I was not given a valid reason only told that nothing could be done and that everyone Id ask would tell me the same thing. I then asked to speak to the team leader... and call was cut, the phone was put DOWN on me! NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I called reception and was put through to the "team leader"... no answer so I left a message with my name and contact number asking her to phone me back in connection with a conversation I had had with one of the agents. Since the 21st Jan I have not received any response and call back. This is unacceptable. Absolutely appaling. Very upset that no one would "be able" to help me.
