I placed an order on the 23rd Dec 2013 whose closing date was the 31st Dec. On the order summary you sent when confirming my order, it is stated that "We will send you an email when your product is on the way" I still haven't received anything from Groupon even though 2 weeks has elapsed. And your voucher clearly states that my order will be delivered within 2 weeks. I sent them this email on the 19th Jan'14. I then received an email from Nirmal S who promised me the delivery of my vacuum cleaner would be within 5-7 working days. Till today I haven't received my order, I sent them another email and this time I didn't even receive any response. Asking for my money back is going to be another 3 months judging from the complaints on this website about refunds!! I will never ever buy any goods from Groupon, I have learnt my lesson and lost R630. I know they don't respond to Complaints from hellopeter but I will make sure people know them for the they are
