Still no refund/ no response

I purchased a Groupon voucher for roof cleaning in November 2012. I contact company concerned in January to book. Needless to say I am still waiting for roof to be cleaned and have had to purchase roof cleaning equipment myself so I want my credit card to be refunded as there is non delivery of service.
Groupon agreed to refund me. According to them it was refunded 11 April. My credit card has not been refunded. I have emailed countless times and wasted money phoning them. I have proved to them my card has not been refunded. They promised it would be sorted out yesterday. Still not refunded nor the courtesay of a phone call or email to say it is sorted out or to explain what the problem is.
Disgusting customer service from Groupon. All I see is 'request solved'. How can it be solved if I have not been refunded? I have asked Groupon to call me, yet that is too much effort for your customer service. I have wasted so much airtime phoning Groupon trying to sort this out.
