This is my second complaint on here with regards to the same issue.
2 months ago I ordered a Polo handbag as per a groupon deal, the deal closed and the money was out of my account.
By the first week of January i did not receive any update or bag (they say allow for up to 4 weeks for delivery)
at this point i sent my first email to which i got a response that it would be looked into not being happy i phoned the call centre and waited nearly half an hour on hold which is costly phoning from my cellphone, still no handbag, the consultant said that stock was damaged and i should be getting my bag in the next 2 weeks.
Suprise 2 weeks later still no bag so i call again as well as complain to which i receive a response i should wait a further 2 weeks.
This morning after the 2 weeks have passed i call them again (My cost) only to be told that there is no stock of the bag and would i like a refund. This is utter rubbish not only was the money with groupon for 2 months i have now wasted my time and money on very expensive calls.
I will be telling everyone i know about groupons services and that they should be weary before placing any orders.
