I bought a Bluetooth Ipad cover with a silicon keyboard five weeks a go. Last week I phoned the Groupon Customer care line (after waiting for 15 minutes to be connected to a consultant) who informed that my item will be shipped to me on Friday. I phoned today (21/01/2013) and was informed that the deal has been cancelled due to OUT OF STOCK. I waited for twenty minutes for a consultant to answer my call to inform me about the situation. There was NO CORRESPONDENCE between Groupon customer care and me on the stock availability and no effort was made to contact me. I am dissapointed in their lack of communication. I bought several deals in the last month and WILL NOT buy anything from them again.
