I am very disappointed at the service that was provided to me by Groupon. I purchased a groupon on the 30th of May 2013 for a 5 in 1 steam mop and was told it would be delivered by the 27th of June 2013, I waited after the 1st week I called Groupon customer service just to make sure all is well for the order and yet again I was assured it would be delivered by the 27th which I was ok with but I waited and waited and no delivery so I called in today to find out will they be delivering today, only to find out that the item is sold out. This is very unacceptable as I waited almost a month and there was no communication to let me know that they won't be delivering I had to call them again to find that out and my question is " shouldn't they have known the moment the deal closed and let the customers know or shouldn't they have blocked the deal so that there isn't more deals bought after they had reached their stock limit? " This is utterly dissatisfying.
