GROUPON DOES NOT DELIVER

I bought a set of pots on Groupon and paid 29 August already. I phoned them every week for delivery and they just said, next, next week... I phoned again today and now all of the sudden they don't have stock. Why do they only sell a certain amount if they don't have stock? Is it all?
