Shocking service

As per my last Groupon mail, you will see Groupon came back to me and promised a refund in 3-5 days. Well I am still waiting, nothing in my account and this was from a complaint on 21-11-2012. Was their report just bogus so anyone reading HelloPeter would think they had assisted me. I wonder.

I am also waiting for a second refund from Groupon, I wonder how long this one will take?
